Flux is back with an exciting new twist!

It is fast becoming an exciting time these days: Flux is in its sixth year, with the Grade 10 students having taken on thechallenges of being the event’s designers/organizers this year. Students have decided to explore film by incorporating an“Alice in wonderland” inspired theme, “Through the Looking Lens,” demonstrating the talents of filmmakers through wonder, mystery, and intrigue. The event promises to be a night to remember with the inclusion of a brand new category sponsored by Global 180 with a prize fund of up to 5,000 RMB and the addition of three new Award Winning Judges within their respective fields. This year’s Flux Film Festival promises to be an exciting event that should not be missed! Send in your entries by April 2, 2017 and tell your story to the world!

Furthermore, the Flux team will be hosting an exclusive awards gala to be held at the Early Childhood Center (ECC) Gym on Saturday, May 13, 2017 from 18:00-20:30. The evening will consist of:

  • Reception Drinks on Arrival.
  • Buffet.
  • Flux Film Festival Presentations.
  • Nominees and Awards – Introduction by Representatives from the Event (Students, Staff, and Judges).
  • Live Exclusive Entertainment.
  • Proceeds from the Money Raised from This Fabulous Event Will Go to the “Help A Child Smile” Organization.
