Starting on August 10, our first day of this academic year, until now, it has been non-stop action and excitement at BCIS. Our commitment to connectedness, communication, community, and celebration has certainly been highlighted in many ways already. Whether it is through learning both inside (Grade 12 Study Week) and outside the classroom (Week Without Walls); gathering with our community (New Family Breakfast, PAL Workshops, PTA outings, etc); cheering on our Warriors on the courts and fields; celebrating our Chinese roots (mooncake-making), or even inviting a real life astronaut, life has been quite interesting at BCIS for our entire community! Indeed, our recent Family Picnic and Movie Night proved just how wonderful and vibrant our community truly is, marking the perfect bookend for this quarter. This is just the start, as there are more exciting lessons and events planned for the rest of the year. So please stay tuned for more information.
